DISCOVERY UNITED METHODIST MASTERPLAN

The challenge in designing the Master Plan for the Discovery United Methodist Church expansion derived from the Church’s existing site constraints. The Church was landlocked on a narrow two-street intersection with two structures already existing. We successfully met the challenge by designing a site layout that encompassed the new Sanctuary building, parking, circulation, and areas for outside children’s activities. The contemporary style architecture for the new Sanctuary features a 36’ high bell tower that serves as a strong focal point for the design.
